Feedback gevenBagels are good but customer services are bad!! They need to hire people that really want to work and have a nice customer services.. The drive thru takes so long. Front desk same everyone are at the desk and nobody cares It seems like the people arejust lazy don?t like their job and are rude.
As expected our breakfast sandwiches took pretty long to get, not upset about that. Asked for it to be to go and was given two cold sandwiches for dine in. Had to wrap them up ourselves and then I was still waiting for my coffee and was given a cup withsyrup in it and told ?the cold brew and cream is over there?. Unfortunately we won?t be returning anymore. $27 breakfast forcold food and diy coffee? No thank you ????
First time going to Einstein Bagles and my sandwhich was made wrong. It still tasted amazing but it was not what I ordered. I called the store soon after I realized it was wrong and they corrected it the same week without any hassle. Shayla and the staffworking the window were absolutely amazing. I could not recommend this place more.
Too much money for little food, the host was a bit rude, the table outside was dirty, my food was not tasty. my wife said her food was delicious, I ordered a late and it was good.
Excellent customer service when in before they closed and my order was done fast and i didn?t feel rush like in other places
