Grand Café - Reno

Ordered the BBQ burger minus Onions. This is what i got for $20.00 bucks a burger with barley any BBQ Sauce. Lile if you're going to charge 20 bucks and up for your Burgers and least put some sauce on it geez! I will not go back to this restaurant inside The GSR resort waste of money. I get more BBQ sauce on a Mc Donalds burger! It was also hard to understand the servers. Not much of a big deal, but they have heavy accents.

At times, the wait was lengthy even when the restaurant appeared almost empty, which was surprising. However, there was no need to stand in line. I simply provided my phone number, and they texted me when my table was ready, allowing me to do other things while I waited. The food was delicious, with generous portions, and reasonably priced. The server was consistently quick and attentive to my needs. Overall, I had a wonderful experience there.

I visited this restaurant for the first time, but I had never tried their breakfast before. The food was five stars, with large portions, and the service was decent. However, I do have a concern regarding the automatic 18% tip that was added to our bill. It wasn't mentioned by the waiter, who only said they couldn't split the bill. We ended up deciding amongst ourselves who would pay in cash and who would use a card. After paying, it felt like the staff was more focused on the tip than on addressing the situation. While the food was excellent, the way the tipping situation was handled left a sour taste in my mouth. Because of this, I'm hesitant to return.

Terrible experience. To start, it took an astonishing hour and 40 minutes for our food to arrive. A friend ordered mac and cheese but received mashed potatoes instead and was still charged for them. They also ran out of silverware, which is baffling since they could just wash more. We asked for water at least four times, but our requests were ignored. The steak was bland, and the roasted vegetables were undercooked and cold. The service was extremely poor; when we asked for silverware, the staff simply rolled their eyes. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, so I can't understand why it took so long to prepare three dishes. Eating a $36 steak with plastic utensils was utterly disappointing. At least we eventually got water, which seemed to have come from Tahoe given how long it took to refill. I will never return to this establishment and certainly won't recommend it to anyone. My advice: choose another place; this one isn't worth your time or money. 0/10.

I didn't even try to eat here. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet I was informed there would be a one-hour wait. It's absurd, especially when there are no other options available.
