Jamba - Reno

I had a bad experience at this restaurant. They misplaced my order and then forgot about it. When they finally realized, they didn't seem very concerned. I paid $12 for a bowl of mashed fruit, and it took them a strange 15 minutes to prepare it. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

There are so many options available at this restaurant! You can customize anything to your liking, just ask. I always add banana to my large mango smoothie. The service is excellent and the location is cute and convenient. Don't forget to pick up a granola bar or snack to go along with your smoothie if you're feeling hungry!

The service at this restaurant is terrible and they do not accept gift cards. If you're staying nearby and craving a smoothie, I would recommend going somewhere else.

This is a Jamba Juice, but they do not accept Jamba Juice gift cards, which doesn't make any sense. The staff is unhelpful and just stands around gossiping.

Absolutely terrible service by teenagers walking around with their hands in their pockets (unsanitary! or on their cell phones. They had no idea how to make my smoothie so they had to refer to a cheat sheet, then filled the blender up. Instead of offering me the rest in a cup, which you're supposed to do, they tossed it in the trash. If I live to be 1000, I still wouldn't return. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
