Juicy's Giant Hamburgers - Reno

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for decades. Recently, I placed a delivery order and included a tip on my credit card. I received an email confirmation with the correct amount, and the delivery was expected after 5:15 PM. However, it arrived unexpectedly early at 4:45 PM, accompanied by a rude delivery driver. He complained about me not hearing his knock. To clarify, I wasn't expecting the delivery at that time, and why I didn't hear him knock is my business within my own home. He then handed me a receipt indicating a balance due, suggesting I hadn't tipped enough. Clearly, he took issue with the tip amount. Here's a piece of advice: be grateful to have a job delivering food, especially with that attitude, Dan. I informed my credit card company to only process the amount on the emailed receipt. Beware of any possible scams this restaurant may be attempting against its delivery customers.

The place definitely lived up to the name! I got the killer chicken sandwich and it was juicy and delicious ! I would definitely recommend!

I love this place!!! Their delivery is streamlined and personal. I always order an Ortega chili on my hamburger. Delicious!!! Fries are good too! Gotta dine in for the giant tub of ranch they put out every day. So yummy!!!

Feeling happy, depressed, or confused? Go to Juicy's for lunch and you won't regret it. The parking can be tricky, but the music is always playing here. There is outdoor seating available if you prefer. One thing certain is that there is always good food here. The staff are great. A Cheeseburger, fries, and a jumbo Dr. Pepper is enough to satisfy anyone! Make sure to thank the cook, so they appreciate the work they are doing changing lives!
