Feedback gevenTonight the dining room was closed. When I went thru drive thru, they had a sign that there was only one cook so that the menu was limited. That was enough for me... I split. I'm not sure what I think here. Sure, this business is difficult. Sad.
Donor quantity! I have never received so little food from Panda express! How can you run your business like this? As a frequent customer, we know that your crew has changed with the reduced amount of food. This is not an honest way to conduct business, certainly not sustainable. Will not be visited again.
My wife is a frequent customer of this Panda Express. She eats there several times a week because it is comfortable. Just now, when my wife ordered black pepper chicken while still talking to the lady who wanted her order in the drive through her to turn her order to orange chickens. The lady who took her order was so rude and did not let her change her order even though she had not yet come to the check-out. She said about my wife she had to throw away the food. Ridiculous, that all this happened while my wife still ordered in her 30-minute lunch break.
Stop eating inside and eating a delicious lunch. Several employees are standing around if they could have been cleaning tables. There were several empty stands, but tables were all dirty. Sa at one who was half clean Also I was in the Panda in Sparks 2 weeks earlier and the portions were almost twice as much. Very disappointed at Reno site. Very light on the Chow main, rice and chicken. I'm not going back to this panda.
Went at around 8pm. Drive thru girl told us that the chow mein was mostly veggies and asked if that was ok, appreciated her honesty and still got the chow mein bc you can never get enough veggies! Food was very fresh, orange chicken, Beijing beef, and teriyaki chicken. When I got the chow mein it looked perfectly fine, enough noodles to counter the veggies. Very good portions, got what I paid for ?
