Feedback gevenI enjoyed that the sushi was bite sized and fresh tasting. That was nice but some of the rolls and sashimi didn't pair as well for me personally. As for the service.. unless we order take out. We will never go again. The customer service was much better after I said something. Why bother asking if we're all doing AYCE if you're going to have us ask for new order paper. Or possibly not have us stacking our things repeatedly because we clean up the other two tables around us but ignore ours. I grew up in the restaurant business. I get when it's busy rush hour but it was not. Others on both sides of us were taken care of without request of needing anything. Repeatedly might I add. I tried to be patient and understanding and I've maybe said something to a restaurant once or twice before. My husband didn't appreciate me doing so but I also didn't appreciate the service or lack thereof. We sat with our first rolls plates empty for 5 mins plus before having to ask for a new order paper. Meanwhile, that was when most of the other tables had left. They were chit chatting which I have no issues. Just make sure your people are taken care of first. That's what I was taught to provide good service and get a decent tip from it anyway. The other server was kind and helpful after upsetting the other one. I do appreciate him. The girl smirking and chuckling as she continued to hand me the new plates of sushi instead of setting them ON THE TABLE where they should be placed. Extra professional on being petty.. I don't work there... I was supposed to have a night off ANY dinner responsibilities, thanks! ?
Small bite size roll pieces, fresh fish, great taste, happy all male staff

Service is always bad, no customer service whatsoever. Sushi is good but honestly not so amazing where we will be returning after today's visit. We went as a family of 4. Our youngest doesn't eat sushi. When the bill came we were charged for 3 adult ayce and 1 child ayce. When we told the waiter he said the waitress usually asks if everyone will be having ayce, which she didn't. He said at least he does but since he didn't first start serving us that was on them. I gave my youngest my desert that comes with the ayce, the waiter said he had to charge for it because that was not allowed. I would understand if it was appetizer or sushi that's unlimited but the 1 desert! Not to mention, we didn't get all the food we ordered and had to constantly ask for missing items. Also when we were first seated there was no pen, which happened last time too. I ended up going to my car to get one since they were not coming around. We were also charged for an extra beer last time we were here. Like the 4 that we had was not enough. Bye umi sushi and your rude staff.
Where do I start, the echo, high ceilings and everyone’s voices. The smell in the bathroom, it was rotten. Enough so that the first person, that I told was so disgusted by me, for telling him. The smell was Soo bad, that I told another employee, that didn’t really speak English but he understood exactly what I was saying. The other major sketch thing was my mussels were detached from the shell and they weren’t fresh, at all. I asked for mussels still attached to the shell and they didn’t have them? The overall dinner $95 dinner for three, in a place that acted like they really didn’t care whether we were there or not, yeah not doing that again.
