We stayed at Silver Legacy and decided to have dinner here. The greeter didn't seem too friendly however our server was friendly and sweet. Our dinner was amazing. From our Calamari appetizer that was really delicious (first time we've tried it covered in sauce which kinda tasted like sweet and sour), the Rib Eye Steaks to our sides... It was flavorful, juicy and tender. Mashed potato was so good and buttery, Asparagus was perfect. We were surprised that sharing it made us full. Just know the sides are a la carte. Spent over $200 on our dinner.
The service was great and the staff were very friendly. our food was really good, but I think the salat had a bit too much dressing for my pleasure, still very delicious. the steaks were well prepared and we had so delicious desserts!
The atmosphere was great. the staff was friendly and great. the steaks were great. I highly recommend eating here, the price is quite high, but it is worth trying it out. if your eating child is a great experience.
We came and had dinner tonight, staff was really friendly and helpful. Never had to overwait for anything. Ambience: dimly lit, still enough lighting to read a menu, pretty, updated and modern. Romantic, nice place for dates, lots of booths around the restaurant. Feels intimate. Food: Tuna Stack: it was okay, not much tuna, lots of veggies. Too much wontons served with such a small amount. I think 3 pieces would've sufficed. The tuna and veggies are cut in chunks so it was hard to add on the wontons because they were so big, not spreadable. Had their prix fixe menu option, I had their cesar salad: wouldn't recommend it, the lettuce didn't taste freshly chopped, it was a bit wilted and somewhat wet to the point where when they tossed the dressing in, it watered down the dressing. You can see the dressing but I think the quality of the lettuce watered it down. Croutons were very moist too, barely any crunch. Quite disappointing. Upgraded Rib eye: really full flavored, can't go wrong with a rib eye, plate it was served on was sizzling hot. Well seasoned too. But it was overcooked due to the hot plate. Which made it cook to med well, I ordered medium. Lobster tail: super flavorful, I loved the seasoning they used. It was cooked perfect, moist juicy and delicious. Kids loved this too. Garlic mashed potatoes: the potatoes were good, thick creamy, but didn't taste any hint of garlic at all in it. I think it couldve used garlic, more butter and cream, it solidified a lot and became stiff scoops after a little bit of time. Kids broiled salmon with broccoli: salmon was simply seasoned, kids loved it. Broccoli was really over cooked, but kids were fine with it They plated the broccoli nicely too. Truffle Lob Mac: extremely huge, I thought it would be a small side but it was enough to be an entrée easily. Lobster was a bit dry and crumbly, with some bigger pieces that did look like Lobster. I couldn't taste much truffle at all. Sauce was a bit runny, it didn't feel like Mac n cheese. It felt like Lobster pasta with cream sauce. dessert: rum raisin bread pudding and kids ice cream it was really good. Pudding was delicious kids loved it. Drinks: ordered a glass of the prisoner red blend. I've had this before so I got it, yummy wine with steak. We just had regular ice water...tastes gross, like Nevada dessert water. Even my kids mentioned it tasted odd but you can avoid that considering it's dessert tap water. Service: Very professional and prompt service from all staff members. Greet in the front as we arrived and left was done. Food runner, server, etc were all friendly and attentive. I would come again, but I would try other things. The main items were good, but sides and apps needed more attention to detail in freshness and textures. In comparison to other steakhouses,I've definitely had better but Ruth's did an average job. They could've done better for the price point, but I would give it a chance in the future maybe when covid dies down.
