Pitiful! First of all I went to order. The woman behind the counter stated right away 'I 'm going on break '. She then yelled to the workers in the kitchen for someone to take my order. This took a good 3-4 minutes for someone to come to the front counter to take my order. I ordered the Cheesy Beefy Burritos as I had seen advertised on TV. They were the worst Burritos I have ever had. I managed to finish one of the 'not very desirable ' things before I got up and left. It was very close to being disgusting!Never again will I go to this Taco Bell location.
The only T Bell I go to up in North Reno because we had a horrible experience at the Stead location. Lines are always speedy and I've never had any missing or incorrect items.
I should have read the one star rating. It lives up to it 's score at a one star. I have always understood the lack of employees or experience but they had a staffed kitchen. I ordered 7 item order and it literally took 45 minutes. When I approached the counter and talked to the General Manager Priscilla she told me that they had not started my order yet the customers behind me got their order 10 minutes ahead of my 45 minute wait , for nothing!!! I asked for a refund and Priscilla gm ??? Would not refund a credit card. Terrible experience, I would never waste my time at this location. She gave me a number to call for my refund and it was a scam. So I emailed corporate and am waiting for my refund.
This was a very friendly taco bell. The manager helped me build the perfect taco for my special needs. Thank you for one of the best taco experiences of my life.
