Taco Bell - Reno

They NEVER GET MY ORDER RIGHT AND IT'S RIGHT ON THE SCREEN AND THEY REPEAT IT EVERY TIME I want to know why I can't ever get what I ordered from this place. You guys customer service sucks and I feel like you guys hygiene is not up to par. This place needs help or to be shut down.

As a real mexican with aztec roots from México City (Tenochtitlán in the past), i tell you Mexican food in California is garbage, so better eat here Taco Bell its better than the wrong made ugly and expensive mexican food in US. If u want real mexican food go México City, Puebla, Yucatán, Oaxaca.

The car-dru type was great, my order was taken pleasant. eating and timing were not as expected. this beer is alkready beautiful made all u have to o is throw it all together should not last forever. food: 3/5

Poor customer service. Taco Bell is my favorite. This location is not. Will never eat at this restaurant again. After an hour drive, needed to use the bathroom. Worker told me they were closed for the rest of the night for cleaning. It was 6:30pm. Asked the manager about it, essentially dismissed. Whoever owns this restaurant should really look into retraining the folks here after this review and other reviews written. Be warned folks.

I visited last night at 10 PM and had to wait a long time to be served, even listening to announcements over the loudspeakers. At first, I thought they were closed, but since there was a car in front of me, I decided to wait a bit longer. However, the staff who handled my order were very impatient. The girls at the window, one blonde and one with black hair, were quite rude and unprofessional. The girl with black hair actually pushed my food towards me. I don't understand why that was necessary. I won't be returning. Also, parking is available on Moana St.
