The Human Bean - Reno

First Human Bean I've been to outside of Rocklin, CA., service and coffee were as I expected... outstanding.

Whoever was working the headset on the morning of 09/10/23 absolutely hates their job and had no customer service skills. While ordering, you can tell we inconvenienced her by ordering drinks and food for ourselves as well as our two toddlers. I could hear her eyes rolling into the back of her head at the horrible thought of having to perform her job duties. The reason for her paycheck. Will try to avoid this location in the future.

Will not come to this location again. Rude staff I order the same thing everytime this time was told by the girl working that she cant make the drink...literally ordered it yesterday just fine...when I tried to explain she got an attitude just wanted a blended Chi pumpkin with an added shot....not that hard.. so I thought. Pyramid way Human Bean is way more professional never rude makes the drinks I order. To the girl who was rude I hope you have a better day. Hope the next customer was treated better than I was.

Human bean is my favorite coffee place in NV Idaho Oregon California.

Great frozen blended Carmel coffee at a reasonable price. Staff was very pleasant and service was fast with only a very short wait. The spicy breakfast sandwich was very good.
