Feedback gevenI went to drive thru tonight 12/4/2022 and ordered a #9 and a Dave's double just to get home in Sparks to realize I got two Dave's doubles not my bourbon bacon burger I have food allergies and can't eat my dinner I tried to call but no one picks upphone. I can't get back to restraunt to get fixed because I live in Sparks. Will never go to this place again
My husband placed an order. He is using his electric wheelchair. The dining room is closed in the middle of the day. I tried ordering online couldn't place order went through drive thru was argued with about placed order and was treated so rudely willnever return to this store or others owned by this particular owner
Staff is friendly. Food was what I expected and served promptly. The decor isn't as nice as other Wendy's in town. There's always a long line at drive thru. Needing to ask for key to bathroom causes unnecessary delay at register and feels awkward.
Have never been so disrespected at any place in public EVER. Literally sitting in the drive through during lunch time, no other cars behind me and 3 cars in the parking lot. I started to order but my husband was taking a moment to tell me which drink. Thefemale handling the window was disgusting. After she asked me can I get you anything else? She proceeded to say JesusChrist like did you forget your at work? That your on a microphone? This is how you treat your customers to help keep yourplace of employment in business? I had that wench cancel my order. I will not pay what I work hard for myself for someone totreat me like this.
We ordered on the line and had to wait for our order. they gave us no soak for our nuggets and they made the poor young, who had no jacket, eat us out instead of someone who was prepared for it. food: 3/5
