Our guide didn't tell us where to eat, so we came here. very simple menu and eating and felt that the prices were expensive for what they get. had to wait 10/15 minutes to pay the bill. he asked our waiter if we could pay, he said we would have to pay the man in the leather pants. instead of the waiter who told the man in the leather pants, we wanted to pay, he went away. the man in the leather pants had ten minutes to a few at a nearby table. we waited a few minutes before we actually go and interrupt his conversation just so we could pay. no good service. If you go to the erdpyramids, my tip would be to take a picnic instead of going here.
For a coffee and snack. waited one night before the waiter recognized us. drinks lasted about 10 minutes to arrive and gateau and strudel another 20 minutes. it seems that we have a haphazard way to serve customers. some had delivered quickly, while others had to wait. strudel was delicious, gateway tasteless and coffee usual
We were brought here to lunch in the frame of a day coach tour to bozen and renon plateau. hotel and menu in Austrian style. we enjoyed the food, carving chips, suppe and speck with brot. much too much cured speck for a person, so ask yourself. if that should be a common court. it was not clear in the menu. a waiter spoke especially very good English and had a good feeling of humor. faster service, more pleasant sitting area in the free, maybe a little expensive, but would call again to lunch. don't worry about the ice, not good and very expensive for what it was. I noticed a small caffe on the street with a stunning view from its terrace. maybe a look worth first if it's a cheaper lunch or just a drink.
Charming efficient service for lunch, we enjoyed our stop here, although it was very busy. I am veggie, so the cheese plate, my man really enjoyed his sausage chips!
Stopped in for a break in hiking around to see the earth pyramids for one of their famous kaiserschmarrn and a coffee. We ordered one each. They are huge, sweet and quite filling. Too much for one person. Coffee and service were good too!
