The breakfast was enjoyable. The homemade cookies were decent, though they could have been improved; overall, they were still good. The pancakes and sausage were tasty. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive. It's a lovely spot.

I usually enjoy the American-style food here, but I visited just 35 minutes before closing and ended up ordering eggs, potatoes, and toast for a quick meal, knowing how hectic it can be while preparing to close. I apologized to the staff for being close to closing time, but the girl simply acknowledged me without a warm greeting, saying that they close in half an hour but that I could still place an order. I ordered some basic dishes, and I found their Western fries to be deep-fried—next time, I’ll stick with regular fries. Service should always be friendly, and it shouldn’t require prompting. I hope my next visit is a better experience.

The food was good, depending on what you have. The Mexican soup was good. The price was reasonable. The atmosphere was cool and an ice store next door, but nevertheless they did not take a card.

An oasis of great food and great service on our way home. The staff was very friendly, and helpful with our menu choices. I chose the nacho cheese covered cheeseburger ? because it was something I hadn't seen anywhere. Truly a treat.
