Panera Bread - Renton

We ordered delivery from this location and a sandwich was left out of the order. When I called and relayed that to the staff, they were very nice about the situation and offered to dispatch another driver to bring us that sandwich. When it showed up, so did a bag full of cookies! We weren't upset about the situation, but that service went above an beyond to make sure we were satisfied! Thank you!

I am extremely disappointed with this location. Keeps getting worse and worse. Just when you think it can 't get worse, they prove you wrong. Spent $70 in store, take out. They have a quality reviewer of the to go orders checking to ensure everything is there. They didn 't do a good job as I was missing 3 items and had to come back. I was offered an apology and nothing else. The chicken noodle soup I got was just broth. When I brought this to the managers attention, he said, they were busy, and i got the last in the container. ..... I 'm sorry spending $9 on a bowl of soup to have 1 carrot and a noodle is maddening. He then told me to ask ahead of time if the soup isn 't at the end to ensure this doesn 't happen again. Um, how about you ensure you are fully stocked with soup if you 're going to sell it? Why are you putting it on your customers to ensure they ask if there are noodles and chicken in the soup? I demanded a refund, and they threw away the whole order. What a waste, no respect for anyone. Do not come to this establishment they do not care about your businesses, waste food, and are extremely rude and unprofessional.

It's a Panera, just like all the rest. I don't typically give more than 3 stars for chain restaurants unless there's something particular about the specific location. What I do appreciate about this one in the Landing is that they don't hassle you if you continue to stay and talk with friends long after the meal. They do have free WiFi, but it's not the greatest. But I really like the soups and sandwiches. There's still a good variety enough for diverse palettes. And the location is great. Easy to find when planning to meet friends.

Every single employee in Panera today around 12:30 was so nice. I don't know why it struck me but each one we encountered interacted in some way that was pleasant either in actual work to perfectly complete our order to go or just in general with eye contact and a smile or comment. The whole vibe felt like most people there were either authentically enjoy their work or are savvy enough to be able to fake both are no small thing :

Very good place to enjoy a quick meal, or coffee hot,or iced. Or cold drinks. It has good happy vibe. Enjoyable quiet atmosphere
