Ordered DoorDash, dasher got there and employees told dasher that our food was already picked up by someone else and refused to give dasher our order. Told dasher he had to get ahold of DoorDash. It’s not our problem, nor Doordash’s problem that you all handed out the wrong order to the wrong person. Dasher ended up buying our food for us. Very disappointing.
Consistently terrible service. Coffee is always watery. Heaven forbid you be in a hurry and actually need “fast food”. You will not get that here. The app is frequently messed up, and where as that’s not a location problem, if you have to resort to ordering inside or waiting in the drive-thru, you better have half an hour to waste. Then when you get your order, you’ll be disappointed all over. This McDonald’s location continues to decline every year. Good luck!
Just took 30 minutes to order due to the app messing up then waiting in line to order. Multiple people complaining about the same issues as well as waiting an additional 30 minutes to get food. Granted this was one Saturday morning, but the staff was definitely struggling even with 2 managers present. Disappointed for sure.
Went to get a mocha Frappe thru the drive thru. Used the code from the app and received 2.00 off. Love it. All went smooth and no waiting. Enjoyed once again.
