The welcome and attention to the customer are nonexistent. I arrived with a group of friends but at the entrance there was no one to welcome us, after a while we went to the room looking for a waiter to announce, once at the table very long times to order, although we tried to call the waiter several times (everyone said he would send the colleague). The pizzas arrived 20 minutes after the kitchen. The dirty dishes were picked up one at a time by hand that someone finished (it should be expected that all the diners finished, much more if the people with the pizza started to eat when the others had almost finished) Finally, 2 people ordered the ice cream: to the one who took 2 balls was delivered in glass cup with teaspoon of steel, to the one who ordered one, in plastic cup with relative blades. The quality of food is not bad, but with service so I will not return.

Beautiful place suitable for families with children there are inflatables and games on the outside good pizzas and from here everything well... to a certain point air conditioning turned off that even to drink The water sweated and to end in beauty at 22.30 the kind owner literally kicked us out from the room that we had yet to take the coffee, it turned off the lights of the room and not happy once you went out from the room where there are the games for children it had entered People so should not work in contact with the public in my opinion!! !

I was last night at dinner in this restaurant pizzeria the location for if it is really beautiful as the beautiful lake in front but unfortunately the beautiful things end here!!! At the entrance there is no one who welcomes you only after a while comes someone who accompanies us to the table , The interior and all monochromatic has no style there is nothing that makes it stand out and that however exalted its great potential because there are and in my opinion they are so many but are not valued at all!!!! They are about 8 in the evening and the place is half empty, we order, there are those who take the pizza and those who take a first dish, the first come after a few minutes instead the pizzas are made to wait and arrive when the others had already finished! Quality of the first very poor with frozen fish without any flavor, I and another person have taken pizza with the beaten fish but unfortunately it has arrived normal , ok we ask if we want to change it but we say no and that it is okay so, unfortunately pizza is really mediocre with greasy frozen fish without taste, the same thing is true for those who took the second fish without praise ì infamia directly from the freezer!!!! What a shame in such a place with so much potential should always be full, for a moment I thought I was in nightmare kitchens!!

Terrible context. They place us in a veranda closed under the sun, annoying is to say little. Not to mention the kitchen. Embarrassing . Grills seemed heated . Positive note the children had fun. I hope they don't ask me to come back.
