El Gran Patacon - Retiro

A good patacon is crispy, made of green plantains.then you can eat with everything, and I mean everything, above. This is a huge patacon and really crispy, I said I like my crispy anyway, the food I thought was delicious, the service good, the place ok, right on the street, but you could say it is rustic then, loved the food. You don't get the excellent review because of the situation and I thought they were a bit overpriced, but I would definitely go back and recommend it. They also serve trout and it is very good, comes with the most crispy thin patacon.

Patacon is a very local dish, p from this region of the country and is made from plantain, if green is not yellow that is used for other recipes. A good patacon is crispy, dried, hot and a little salty.then you can eat with any toping. What I didn't like from this restaurant was the way Patacon and the food and sisters were all right... Didn't catch me at all! I'm sorry, but I'm not going back to this place.

Well, Patacón is made with Plantain and in this place they make the best patacons. The speciality is trout and seafood Patacon. However, the other options are very tasty. Very good service, good ambience, beautiful views.
