Referring to their supposed policy, they change the ingredients of the pizza without any indication on the menu. When I ordered a Hawaiian pizza, which is always made with chicken, they brought one with ham instead. I spoke with the waiter and the administrator, Ilya, requesting not to include the pizza we didn't eat in the bill since there was no mention of any ingredient changes. However, I couldn't get a reasonable solution. When I asked why this happened, the administrator replied that I should have asked in advance about the ingredients of the pizza that originally comes with chicken!!! My overall impression of the establishment is negative… The staff is unresponsive. I do not recommend this place.

We received one bill with one amount and then a fiscal receipt for a different amount. The manager was so rude about his mistake that we were incredibly disappointed. It was the first time I’ve encountered such behavior, and to top it off, they even threatened to call the police over their own error. They ruined the celebration for us and our children.

We used to love this café when it was located on the opposite side of the building. It was beautiful and cozy, with partitions that provided privacy for the tables. We visited that location several times, but now we don’t feel the same desire to return, despite the delicious menu. The new space feels more like a cheap cafeteria, even in its color scheme. It’s uncomfortable and lacks the cozy atmosphere we once enjoyed.

Звёзды ставлю только за вкусную пиццу, приятный интерьер, быструю подачу и вежливых официантов. Том ям подают здесь с БРОККОЛИ! Настойки это чистая вока в еле еле окашеный цвет того вкуса, который должен быть. Уважаемое Пронто, если вы решили добавить в меню японскую, грузинскую и какую нибудь ещё кухню, то готовьте хотя бы вкусно. На мой взгляд, раньше этот ресторанчик был исключительно пицерией без всяких роллов и том ямов с брокколи. Лучше бы так и было. Сейчас же намешали все в одну кучу и получилось не очень.

Интересно Не предупредили, что лазанья готовится 25 минут ?? Гости должны сами подходить и узнавать о блюде, а в ответ слышать «ой ну у нас прибор сломался там щас будет» Сказали, что блюдо готовится 20 25 минут после вопроса о нем, принесли спустя 35 Если уж что то сломалось, подойдите и объясните ситуацию, почему гости должны искать вас по залу? Заказывали лазанью и бефстроганов, второе блюдо, естественно, принесли раньше, остальное ждали Попросили подогреть остывшее блюдо, подогрели принесли блюдо с горячими малосольными огурцами и размякшими чипсами в пюре, спасибо.. Ни скидки, ни извинений :
