The Chocolate Point location in Reutov Park has become quite outdated. I can confirm the reviews mentioning the rather dirty sofas, as well as the children's chairs, which are not like Ikea's but rather bulky and uncomfortable, reminiscent of something from Soviet times. The service was essentially non-existent; the waitress brought a salad from the kids' menu and claimed it had no carrots, but instead included radishes. When I mentioned that we don't eat radishes, she looked at me so angrily that it felt like she was about to throw the plate at me. Overall, the performance of the staff leaves much to be desired—rude, lazy, and it seems that the fewer customers there are, the better they like it. I hope they can update the staff with younger, more motivated personnel!
I usually don't write reviews, whether good or bad, but I feel the need to point out some issues here. Nothing seems to change. The furniture is old, dirty, stained, and full of holes. No one from the management seems interested in getting it cleaned. I find this disrespectful to customers; it feels like being in a pigsty. We constantly have to ask for the tables to be wiped down. Every time we come, it's the same story. Some dishes are frequently unavailable, which defeats the purpose of visiting. We won't be returning to this place.
Another significant drawback at this location on Nosovikinskaya 45 is the scuffed and shabby glasses. They look filthy, as if they haven't been properly cleaned. Is there really no budget for a new set of dinnerware for your customers?
