Feedback gevenThe food was great, but the service was lacking due to a staffing shortage. We had to wait in a long line at the drive-thru, and it was quite frustrating!
I waited too long for the servers to take our order. I've been sitting here for 20 minutes, and while it's not super busy, it's quite crowded. The staff doesn't seem organized and are chatting and laughing among themselves. It's nice to see a team that enjoys being together, but they shouldn't forget about their customers in the process. We’ve all been waiting too long to be acknowledged.
The new strawberry Frosty is fantastic! I visited on August 8, 2022, and noticed that there was no one around—neither in the lobby nor passing by. I had to wait about five minutes before someone finally took my order. All I wanted was a Frosty, but it seemed like they were more focused on something else. Despite that, I still go back to get my Frosty!
Very clean and fantastic staff. the woman named nelfi on the drive thru this Friday night was great. in any case, the management company must recognize them. great order and patient. definitiw a power for this load. thank you, wendy’s.
Decent Wendy's. They usually get the order right and it's reasonably tasty. They occasionally have an issue with getting the orders out quickly, but not terrible overall. Where I deduct a couple of stars is for their ability to keep their posted hours- I have stopped by the drive through on several occasions within the past few months, and despite being there a few hours before their posted closing time, they either informed me they were closed or flat out refused to acknowledge I was in the drive through. If you really want to close at 9 pm, you should update your posted hours...
