Waffle House - Rex

The waitress we had was quite rude. We attempted to ask her questions five different times, but since we were the only ones in the restaurant, she completely ignored us. We won't be returning while she is working!

The customer service was disappointing. I placed a to-go order and overheard my order being mocked while I waited. No matter how unconventional an order may be, this behavior is simply disrespectful.

My family and I had a fantastic breakfast experience yesterday. Our server, who I believe was named Jasmin, was incredibly sweet. She was a bit slow with the tea refills, but overall, she was a great server. I'd definitely return in a heartbeat!

This is actually for the diner up the street by Valero. The waitress was so sweet. I should have asked her name but she's the girl with red hair. That was the positive. The actual diner was loud and obnoxious. It seemed more like a bar. First visit this evening and will be my last.

The pecan waffle and cheese grits were delicious.
