Boba Luv - Rexburg

We brought in two filled-reward cards that would have given us 2 free drinks. We were told that they don’t accept the type of card we have anymore even though they were both completely filled. Pretty unprofessional and left a bad taste in our mouths that they wouldn’t accept a reward card from THEIR business. Won’t be coming back.

Pros: Best place in town to get boba and always friendly service! I’m def loyal to boba luv!Cons: frequently out of menu items for extended periods of time, and the hangout space is always dirty. This particular franchise location seems neglected.

The girl working was really rude. The drinks were good. We got the sunset and Pina colada. The Pina colada was the best, the sunset had a heavy tea taste to it but it was still good. Might go back again.

Really cute place, really good drinks, definitely coming back.

Ellie was fantastic and made the best drink I’ve EVER gotten! She was sweet as can be, attentive, kind, and made a horrible day turn great! Keep up the great work and great service!
