Burger King - Rexburg

The service at this restaurant is outstanding, and the food is always served hot. However, the atmosphere and management could use some improvement. I've been frequenting this Burger King for quick meals on busy days for over a year, and they've consistently provided fast service and prepared my orders just as I requested. I would give them 4 stars. However, I've deducted 1 star because, in recent months, a particular manager has come across as neither friendly nor appreciative. Some staff members seem to have adopted this same chilly attitude, with a noticeable lack of warmth, although there are still a few who remain very welcoming. With some changes and possibly a shift in management, this location could truly shine!

Today, I went through the drive-thru to place an order, only to discover I'd left my wallet at home. The total was $10, and I was pleasantly surprised when the manager offered to let me have my meal for free. Luckily, I had a $5 bill in my console, so I gladly handed it to him. I truly appreciated his kindness; he definitely didn’t have to do that, and it saved me a lot of trouble.

This Burger King is pretty much what you would expect. I've been there around a dozen times and have never had any problems.
