Feedback gevenI have had two incidents with this store recently which were handled very poorly. The first incident was that my sandwich was made wrong, so I called, and they said thank you for letting us know which is great. The second time happened on Saturday, March 16. I had my food delivered and the jalapeno ranch side broke open because they stapled through it and the sandwich had way more lettuce than usual and it was soggy. The sauce was spilled all over my food and it was such a mess.The problem is that when I called the person made some lame excuse for the sauce breaking open and wasn't even sure what I was talking about. She suggested that it may have been a sauce that was discontinued which means she was not even listening.I will not be ordering delivery again but I will stop in every couple of months when I can.Kid-friendliness: dna
Habitually inconsistent. Food is fine but the service is sad. Orders often get messed up in small ways. On any given day, even for store pickup but definitely for delivery, it 'll be 15-40 minutes for a sandwich. I can 't blame the line workers or shift managers because it 's been like this for *years*. They 're just the symptom. Upper Management doesn 't prioritize being Freaky Fast (barring a brief period at the end of 2022/start of 2023 when I assume corporate audited them) and it shows.I thought about two stars but despite it all I do still order from there every other weekish because the food is good. Just have to temper expectations about the speed of service.
Went through the drive thru and they charged me for the wrong order. Over $50 order was charged on my card when I only got one sandwich. Called several times and they told me it would be reimbursed. Waited a month and then filed a dispute with my bank. My bank got me the money not Jimmy John’s. This is the second time that a refund hasn’t been returned to my card by Jimmy Johns. Very disappointing and makes me not want to go to this location again.
My husband and I went in this morning just after opening! The dining room floors were absolutely disgusting … some of the chairs still on top of the tables… none of the tables had been wiped down ? I even asked the gal at the register if she could wipe down the table and she handed me a stack of napkins I then had to get water out of the soda dispenser) to wet the table to wipe it! we ordered our sandwiches I get there unwich) the service was very terrible! and our food was very thrown together, my unwich was not made correctly and all falling apart all over my hands and to top it off the lettuce was brown, Willy and sopping wet! I went In to The rest room too wash my hands and the bathroom was absolutely atrocious! Some of The workers were just standing around doing nothing ….The fact that the price of eating out has gone up so significantly, you would expect to at least have a Some-what clean environment to eat in! I usually go through the drive though at least twice a week, I will never spend another dime here, such a disgusting dirty environment!
I got it delivered for a work party. The delivery person was nice. The sandwich was decently good, but they forgot to pack my drink. I ordered a combo, but only received the sandwich and chips. Pretty disappointing since it costs more for the combo and I didn’t receive the whole thing. Also, the sandwich was an 8”, and I usually have a small appetite, but I was able to eat the whole thing since it did not have much ingredients inside. They skimped on the extra avocado spread. There were also some sandwiches that they did not take some of the things requested off.
