Paradise Donuts Gelato - Rexburg

I ordered 6 donuts and they were all put in 1 bag 1 small bag and they were not the right order! I'm very unpleasant that I paid $22 for donuts that were smashed and we're not the dings I ordered!

I'm recreating. The new staff were friendly and friendly! The Cronuts (croissant donuts) were super delicious!

Donuts were not properly cooked and were flat looking, the taste was also WAAAY off? Clerk was unchalant and not pleasant at all. He even made a comment about a couple who had to wait for a while to another guest because they had to wait on the ice/glato to become softer. Just rude, we won't come back! 10/04/2022

The old donuts are the best! The donuts are on the smaller side, but very good. Make sure to go when they are freshest.

I gave them 2 stars because the donuts are decent but dealing with the workers is such a drag! We have been twice and everytime I walk away I tell my wife I have never seen worse customer service! Each time we are in there it feels like we are such a burden to the workers. We get no greeting as we walk in (even when there is no one else in there. We heard audible sighs when we requested our donuts to be filled. And when they do talk to you its the absolute bare minimum and it seems like they are only talking to you out of necessity. Overall very disappointed.
