Wendy's - Rexburg

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I went through the drive-thru and realized I had forgotten my wallet, plus they didn't accept Apple Pay. I told them to cancel my order, and then the kindest woman stepped in and offered to help. She ended up paying for my meal with her own money. I really hope her generosity is acknowledged. She truly deserves the highest praise. I’m definitely going to pay this kindness forward. God is good, and so is this wonderful employee. Truly blessed!

Wendy hasn't left yet. The gentleman who was working the drive-thru on February 25, 2021, at 11:40 was incredibly friendly! He truly made my day better. The service was impressively quick. Great job!

Eating is good. The staff was friendly. The salad wrapped burgers I ordered were wrapped in the whitest salad I've ever seen, and only one leaf on each side, but the burger tasted good. Another burger we ordered was done wrong, but they repaired it quickly. Always love a restaurant that the coke machines with ALL have the flavors.
