El Portal - Reynoldsburg

Horrible experience. The food was not good. The guacamole looked like it was from a can, had a light green look and tasted horribly. The drinks were watered down. We ordered a margarita, and it tasted like straight water. There was no alcohol. The customer service is just as bad. We were met with attitude and rudeness. We waited at the register for maybe around 5 minutes. The atmosphere felt weird. First and last time being there.

Great food, fast service, friendly staff. Yes it's an older building but I love the charm, feels nice to keep older buildings in use. Great food definitely recommend eating in.

Most respectful people I've ever met at a restaurant. Good here is perfect.

One of favorite Mexican style restaurants! Not fancy just reasonably priced food in a clean and friendly place.

Always have a good meal from El Portal. Less expensive than other Mexican style restaurants and the staff is always friendly.
