Oriental Wok Reynosa

Service needs improvement, everything needs too much time. Then the food is not quite as you would expect from the pictures on the menu. Fried Rice could improve something.

Last time I was there, it was too crowded and the staff was too busy to give you the necessary attention. About the food, the roles are the low point, could be delicious, but it seems as if they were making careless.

Overrated score when you ask me. It is sad how many people in Reynosa are thrilled with their less than average oriental food. This is a chain restaurant, I do not say that the food itself is bad, but there are better places for really oriental style food in Reynosa, try MEGUMI for example from a Japanese person and fresh food every day... in Wok they have frozen things that are already prepared, the sauces are already made, and they just throw everything in a wok and mix it, all dishes like the use of the same sweet and sour sauce. I've ordered a few times when I'm looking for something quick and when I live that, so the food is fine, but only that the service sucks bad waiters that they don't train and you need to call them all the time.

Is a good place to eat starting at noon, Japanese... well something like that, fried and raw rolls, soups and salads, good variety and taste is OK, but service can be improved. Service is ok but it would be wonderful if they can put a heart on it, it always feels better when the person who attend smile and is in his/her interest for you to feel good. My two cents.

Pésima administración, los meseros no se enfocan en su labor, cuando te traen algo equivocado, no hay gerente que arregle algo, cada que vas le cambian el sabor a tu bebida
