Nice hotel in an old factory building. Very beautiful design of the reception, terrace and rooms. There was a problem that the air conditioning did not work and we managed to find one that worked only in the third room. Very nice hotel, derived from an old textile factory, the rooms are very spacious and clean, the large windows make the rooms very bright. The staff is very friendly and ready to advise you, the breakfast is good, continental. The bar and restaurant are good. The idea of being able to stay in a historic cotton mill is fantastic! The main problem is obviously large rooms which, while in summer they can be pleasant, in winter however, if you don't have an excellent heating system and/or adequate fixtures, the problem becomes a serious inconvenience for the customer. In short, already from the hall, looking at the receptionists bundled up with jackets and scarves, you understand that something is wrong... when you go to sleep, a key moment for a hotel guest, the problem turns into lack of rest! However, the service was good, the service was more than good, the breakfast was poor. As far as I'm concerned, if they don't fix the heating system, it's impossible to return in the winter.
