Mcdonald's - Rhondda Cynon Taf

Food was ok better than on a delivery.didnt receive all of our order had to go back and ask for it.ordered one plain cheeseburger and the rest of our cheeseburgers were plain.the restaurant was full of teenagers so the toilets was locked so couldn't use the toilets.could of done with some aircon the place was too hot and the opera music that was playing over the main speaker was terrible.

The staff at this restaurant need better training on distinguishing between chicken selects and halloumi fries. I received the wrong order once again, as they couldn't tell the difference between chicken nuggets and chicken selects.

I had to wait 55 minutes for table service and ended up complaining to three different managers. Two of the managers were very rude, laughing at me for making a fuss. They wouldn't give me their names, but one of them did provide his name and finally sorted out my order. I will never return to this restaurant and will be filing a formal complaint with the head office immediately.

This McDonald's in South Wales is the worst of the bunch. Don't waste your time here - the orders are always wrong and the food is cold. It's a complete disaster.

The foods fine. It’s McDonald’s, but why do we have to park up every single damned time? Want a cheeseburger? Better park up. Want a wrap? Ooohoooo park up. Fast food is not possible at this location. Don’t bother.
