Britannia pub is a very popular pub right in the heart of pencoed. Easy reach to the train station and local shops. The pub has a nice outside drinking area pool table and a wide variety of drinks at affordable prices. Well worth a visit if your local or just passing through.

I’ve never actually been in, but when driving past at night I’ve only ever seen people dancing, falling or fighting on their way out of there. Which worries me given that there’s a railway line and a level crossing right next to it. I’m surprised they are not finding bits of people there all the time. In fairness, apart from the occasional meat head peacocks fighting it looks like a happy, noisy night out.

Great place to go while waiting for a train. Good atmosphere while the football is on.

Spacious and spotless restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere and affordable prices. Staff are very friendly.
