Little Caesars Pizza - Rialto

Wish I could give ZEROOOO stars!!! This location is BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Calls do NOT get answered so I watch while I parked outside and they ALL ACT LIKE THEY DONT HEAR THE DAMN PHONE RINGING!!! Also they have roaches!!!!!

I like the fact they make your food when you order it.

Horrible, it 's like if they try to one up on how ridiculous workers can get , they 're supposed to open at 10:30 got there at 10:45 , it was closed, one of the workers unlocked the doors at 11:10, walked in and was told We won 't be ready to open for another 45 minutes They need to stop hiring some of these kids who clearly don 't care , UNACCEPTABLE

This is the funniest story and a must hear! Now maybe in the beginning this please was okay, one of the “managers” told me to write a good review after they forgot my order and he was flirting with some girl waiting for her pizza we both waited 30 minutes on a weekday and he ended up giving us both a free pizza which was cool. But Every single time we come here fyi I love pizza especially little Caesars, we always give this place hope because it’s conveniently close to our home they never fail to let us down. The pizza is never cooked once we got a soggy doughy raw pizza and another time we got raw pepperoni and another time we got a whole pizza that wasn’t even cut lol today we went there and they forgot to put our order in so we waited 30 minutes in the car for them to tell us that! Oh and with a 1 year old in the car, and to top that off they have kids working here that we’re just arguing saying I’m leaving early at 9 and someone saying no the f you aren’t and just going back and forth, while there’s about 11 people waiting inside and 4 in the cars that I seen kids that don’t know professionalism. The one that was arguing telling everybody off was a short curly headed rude kid that was trying so hard to act like a big my s don’t stink, trying to control everyone in a narcissistic way. I smelt that from a mile away because they weren’t even making pizza because I didn’t smell anything but them. oh and mind you they had no pizzas in the oven, now if it was me on a Friday I would’ve been had some pizzas up and ready to go because it’s called hot and ready lol anyway we won’t be going back here anymore we have them to many chances and I’m sorry to the next family that’s going to be suckered into this place. The other little Caesar’s is bomb and they’re a ways away but now it’s worth it. Hopefully they find som e new workers even my kids told us they would do a better job. I don’t even blame this poor owner I blame these kids parents the owner probably could see through these ding dong kids because narcissists kids can manipulate any manager that doesn’t know anything about how to pick a manager or supervisor or even run a store. Oh and that older big darker Mexican lady rude as hell I bet she’s another manager lol oh and the older lady with glasses runs out of the store and almost rams you every time, around 5 or 6 watch just sit there and watch lol this place is a huge joke. I’ll be contacting the bbb and showing them my pictures of all the raw pizzas I got today. I took pictures just because it was funny but after I thought I’m saving the receipts and pictures just in case they mess up again and again they did but told me I only waited 5 minutes in the car so chill out (young black kid. when I waited 30 and was recording. I got my money back and ordered big t’s Goodnight

Horrible attitudes here. Everyone that worked here seem to hate their life even though I believe not one of them is over the age of 19 extremely slow to get the order they told me it was gonna take 15 minutes to closer to 30. Then when they gave me an order it was the wrong one and the box mine was in looked like someone had run it over. Won’t be back to this location
