Starbucks - Rialto

I really don't recommend this location, last week we went to drink a caramel frapuccino, we requested with ALMOND MILK, because my husband intolerance to lactose, we drink at the store and then we left, as soon we get home, nearby, my husband started to feel terrible, with stomach ache, I call immediately the store to report that we received the frapuccino with whole milk, the employee don't take care of customers, so beware of that if you have any health problem like this, this cause my husband can't work for 3 days, be sick for someone whoade bad service in food, it is not good.

I always do an online order for this store and my order is never ready at the time that it’s suppose to be. The employees need to focus on the online orders first. Please do betterFood: 5/5

Coffee lacked flavor, we had cafe mocha hot. My wife ask for a replacement with extra shots and more chocolate mocha but it didn’t improve much. We will find another store in future.Food: 2/5

Strawberry Acai is hit or miss. Sometime they put hella lemonade and a drop of strawberry acai. They charge $1 for NO ICE now. Big thumbs downFood: 2/5

They were friendly I suppose. Got my drinks and he was a wiping off mine. As I was driving down the street my drink started leaking all over me. The cup was cracked in couple of places, but obviously they just kept wiping it off. Hopefully I can get the stains out my clothes.
