Visited today, really high expectations given reviews and their instagram page We ordered 5 sandwiches at 21 and finished preparing them at 22.20 (1 hour and 20 for 5 sandwiches), prices on average, however are not the biggest criticism I make at the local. We ordered 2 brisket sandwiches (brisket, onion, cabbage and barbeque sauce), we asked them both without onion and no cabbage, the sandwich was full of cabbage and onion and more serious without barbecue sauce!!! The brisket was dry, sunny and cold, also since they forgot the sauce was practically impossible to swallow without drinking water. The other two sandwiches nothing that, especially after waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes. Moreover it is to be mentioned that besides having wrong 2 sandwiches completely gave us 2 bottles of water in less. The reason we didn’t send back The sandwiches was that we took them off and especially that we didn’t want to wait another hour. In America I ate at dozens of the best and most famous BBQ restaurants of 14 United States trying unique flavors. In these years, several restaurants like Sciacca and Ribera were born and today I tried them all and several times to try to replicate those experiences. I can say that none of them ever stood up, not even remotely. But they do. For the first time after a long time, I have tried those wonderful culinary emotions, with dishes really prepared as a rule of art and meat of the highest quality. Pastrami, pulled pork, burgers, ribs, even chips, special sauces. It was all wonderful. They are on another planet than the competition, trust me, to try absolutely for all fans of the American barbecue kitchen.
