On the positive side: the location, the pool and the outdoor space (if you have small children and want them to play, if you are an adult and you want peace, better not), the friendliness at reception. To improve: mainly, the heat was terrible. There is no air conditioning or fan in the rooms, and if we slept with the window open it was still quite hot, and besides there was a lot of noise (from the first hour the trains that passed next to the room and the creatures that played in the pool). The shower was not working well (we warned and it must have been a one-off problem). The breakfast was quite poor and it was not buffet style, but you had to ask for dishes. Gluten-free options for celiacs were gluten-free farmer's bread, plumcake and cereal. We went in high season and paid around €106 for the room with breakfast included. A very familiar hotel with a very friendly atmosphere. Ideal both for families with small children and for people who want to spend a few quiet days in the Pyrenees. The rooms are new, tastefully decorated and the food is homemade and they always have alternatives for everyone, which is why most of the people we have met at the hotel have returned several years. A very good experience where we mostly stay with the human team. Very willing and friendly. Near train and center. The pool is a very quiet space and well prepared for children to enjoy (spring bed, small basketball court,... . In addition, with a familiar theme that we had, they behaved like a fable. I don't usually put negative things, because I'm not usually very demanding and I'm quite conformist, but I think that a hotel with characteristics like this, changing some, could have great potential. In addition, it must be taken into account that the people who come spend money and must be rewarded as a client. We have been three nights and four days. The location of the hotel is unbeatable and to park the car, at least at this time, it is perfect. The pool and the garden are a bit neglected but they are fine, especially for small children. What I didn't like about the pool is that the children bathed and the robot that was plugged into the current was there all morning. Theme rooms are ok, spacious and clean. The only thing is the very small beds, my husband, who is 1'80, had his feet stick out from below. The cleanliness in all the facilities a little forgotten. We have been on a full board basis, something I do not recommend, sorry. We haven't eaten well any day. Cold food, without cooking properly and various etc. A pity because just with a little more dedication it could be 10. On the other hand, what I do want to highlight is that there are two meals that we have not eaten at the hotel and they have been deducted from the bill when paying, it seems fair to me! The staff despite being young have been very friendly. Despite all the inconveniences we have disconnected and have rested.
