Cafe Max - Richardson

I absolutely love their food. It’s amazing!!! I wish there was a location closer to me. I wanted cafe max today after attending an activity that morning. We Drove a long way out of our way on a Saturday. Google maps says Richardson location closes at 3 on Saturday. We got there at 1:33 they close at 1:30. So we drove to Plano location to get take out. It was less than 15 min away and it closes at 2. Got there at 1:47 and doors were locked. The lights were still on inside and some woman sitting there talking to someone (assuming on the phone). No one responded to us and the lady ignored us until we had tried both doors and called on the phone. Then she motioned that it closes at 2! Well, that’s fine except it wasn’t 2 yet!!!! Very inconsiderate of customers. So disappointing!! I’d call and check before going.

Chicken salad was very old and so was the muffins! Very disappointed in the quality of the food.

The smallest portion ever, watched has they filled other customers orders to the top, do they decides who gets more portion than others, anyone with same observation

I usually love it here, but when I asked the older lady who was serving if the seafood salad was pretty good she replied with a blank look and looked at the seafood salad and said I don’t eat seafood salad like wow what dual response. Do better especially when you’re in the food industry.

Best pre-made salads, chicken Ceasar, chicken salad, seafood, vegetables, potatoes, fruit, cucumber and pasta (think that's all) any of the ones dunno about vegetables seafood or potato but can't go wrong with any of the remaining!
