Update: tried again this morning. Thought maybe my last visit was anomaly. But had to repeat myself so many times… for 6 plain bagels?

I come here because I enjoy the food, but there is never not something wrong or missing with my order and when I mention it, I get told off. I mean I eventually get it fixed or end up not caring, but it’s still annoying. I get the workers are students who probably only there to help pay tuition, but that’s no excuse to the constant poor quality. I get how you may be overworked, but as a student who has a job that’s 30 minutes away at a restaurant that is fairly busy, this behavior is fairly unreasonable. Train the employees better.

Good quality bagels, nice menu. Bagels are not cheap food anymore.

Omg! They are so rude! I hated their attitude. It takes them over 20 min to make one single cup of coffee. Never again!!!!
