Best milk tea and boba in Richardson. Selection is very large and drinks are always made to order. The lines can be long during peak, but it moves relatively quickly. Prices are on par with other stores in the area. Portions are fair.

Service was quick and friendly. Got a black milk tea and although it was a bit milky for me, it was still good. Would recommend it.

The boba and drinks were super good!! I have tried other locations in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, this one also lives up to the standard. The boba is chewy and fresh, the milk tea smells good and the tea really stand out. I got an Okinawa Milk Tea Roasted w Boba 50% sugar. This drink is perfect for me. My friends also enjoy their drinks a lot! There was only 1 guy working there but the drink came out fast.

Husband and I got two different drinks from here. Husband loved his drink, I did not. Mine had a surprise piece of hard plastic in it as well. Didn't appreciate that. Store was super cute and seems popular. 3 stars for ambiance and husband's drink, 2 stars off for plastic in drink.

Got the Ube Milk Tea with Taro Puff Cream Boba, Okinawa Roasted Milk Tea with Boba, and Fresh Passion Fruit Mango Green Tea with Boba.Everything tastes great! Boba was perfectly QQ, cups were full even when I asked for no ice and the sweetness was perfect.Customer service was great and they answered all my questions! Totally coming back in the future!
