Little Caesars Pizza - Richardson

It's labeled as a summer crispy thin pizza, but there was nothing crispy about it at all. The pizza was soggy and difficult to handle, with the toppings sliding off easily.

In the last two visits, the pizza was overcooked. Additionally, the service towards customers has been unprofessional.

I tried to place an order online, but they wouldn’t accept the corporate discount code. I called multiple times, but no one ever answered the phone. Even the manager was unhelpful, stating that the "cheapskate owners" wouldn’t permit him to give any discounts. I suggested he think outside the box, but he insisted there was nothing he could do. As a family with kids who love pizza, we won’t be dining at this location anymore. Your refusal to honor a simple 15% discount, which promotes your business, will ultimately cost you the regular patronage of our family of five, who would have ordered three times a month. Consider the impact of lost business, negative word of mouth, and poor reviews across multiple platforms. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a friend. - Daren

I placed my order online for pickup. When I arrived at the time, it wasn't ready. I had to wait 10 minutes. When it was done, the pizza came wrong. I explained the pizza was for my children and I couldn't have Jalapenos on it. They offered a refund, or they could get it back. I had no more time to wait, I was late because I was on the 1st. I had to wait. I asked for something else that had no Jalapenos, they said I had to pay an extra pizza, although it wasn't my mistake. This is not the first time that this happens. I had to wait several times before they regained, but this time I was in a hurry and had to go for my children to eat. This is unacceptable! Worst customer service ever!!

I will not be returning here for a long time. I've had many problems with them from making incorrect change to getting the wrong order, but today was the last straw. I ordered an Extra Most Bestest Cheese pizza, not a Hot-N-Ready. There were so many bubbles on the pizza that half of it was without any cheese or sauce. If this is their bestest, then I will no longer ingest this!
