Pizza Hut - Richardson

The delivery was quick and everything I ordered arrived on time. The driver was friendly, so I appreciate that. However, there were several issues. They consistently overlook the special instructions, and my toppings are often incorrect. I’ve tried to give them multiple chances, but I received a pizza that was nearly raw and missing toppings. The last order had someone else’s pizza included, and this time my breadsticks were unfortunately burnt while my pizza was still doughy. Additionally, the pizza sauce had hardly any flavor, making it virtually inedible. Given the high prices these days, I expect to receive better quality for what I pay.

This location is really disappointing. I used to be a big fan of Pizza Hut, but this branch has let me down consistently. Whenever I call, no one answers, and if they do pick up, they put me on hold and I end up waiting for half an hour only to be disconnected. They really need to get a new team in here. Pizza Hut definitely needs to improve this location.

What was supposed to be a 15-minute wait ended up taking 50 minutes. When I finally received my order and tried a slice on the way home, it wasn't even warm. After waiting so long in the lobby, I was already running late, so I didn't want to return and wait again. I definitely don't plan to order from there again anytime soon.

Very skimpy toppings , just lots of sauce , not worth the money

My cheese sticks were a bit burnt but hey I’m not perfect either so I can’t blame them. Thin Crust Pizza is my favorite.
