The customer service at this restaurant is very disappointing, characterized by a lack of professionalism and respect. Each time I visit, I'm greeted by the same employee, who is often preoccupied with her phone or sitting down. I've witnessed her being disrespectful to other customers as well. On one occasion, I saw her scratch her head and then proceed to make a smoothie without washing her hands or wearing gloves. She frequently remains seated while customers need assistance and seems more focused on her phone than on her work, even while preparing food.

I usually overlook these issues, but today was different as I was picking up smoothies for my colleagues. They forgot to add bananas to one of the drinks, which was evident from the print order, and they also put excessive ice in my drink, as usual. When I politely pointed out the missing bananas and the ice issue, the staff member gave me an unpleasant look and asked if I wanted to change the third drink too. I replied that it looked fine. She added the bananas to the forgotten drink, so I appreciated that, but for my drink, instead of reducing the ice, she simply added more water, making it even worse. Due to time constraints, I didn’t argue and left feeling disappointed. At no point did she apologize or offer any comforting words. I have decided that I will never return to this store again.

AVOID THIS LOCATIONI've came here serval times and continue to be disappointed. The last and final time I came here (9/14/23) i ordered a 32 oz pumpkin d-lite via drive thru, got my drink. I got to work before I took my 1st sip... it tasted like they gave a a full cup of grainy sour cream. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION. If they haven't messed your drink up this time, they probably will the next.You have been warned.

If I didn’t want a smoothie and that store wasn’t in my path to work, I would NEVER go there. Every worker there is rude and refuses to speak to you when walk in the store. It never ceases to amaze me of how rude they are. And they are the slowest. I preorder my drink 15 minutes prior and it’s still another 20 minutes to get my drink once I arrive. Horrible!!
