Starbucks - Richardson

The ladies were nice. They did make my drink wrong but quickly corrected it. Both ladies in bar had septum pricing and wished me luck/ offered advice on my appt to get the same piercing

It is consistently the best store I have visited in the entire country. Employees are always friendly. They always remember my name and make me feel like family.

This place actually makes my latte the way i like it! The lady who took my money was the most nice person . Some other Starbucks i don't know why my coffee taste bitter, you would think that a latte should be done the same way no matter where you go with all the Starbucks places. Makes you think if everyone is trained the same.

Always very friendly staff who are quick and attentive. One oddity of this place is outside there always tends to be some sort of natural gas/rotten egg smell. What's crazy is while I've been in there several times, I've overheard other patrons bring it up to the staff who are quick to dismiss it. It's very odd.

Please make sure there not giving out dirty cups at Starbucks this unacceptable. Management has to do better. Yuck! Make sure you check your drinks before drinking!!! Please the department needs to take a health in Safety class on cleanness. last time at this location.
