Feedback gevenI ordered food and the woman who helped me was incredibly rude and shouted at me. When I mentioned that I should be moving along, she yelled at me for not being fast enough. I understand it was busy, but they really need to hire employees who know how to provide good customer service!
I ordered a Jr. Cheeseburger and small fries at the drive-thru. The total was supposed to be $5.20, but when I paid, I was given $8.20 instead. When I brought this up to the server, she insisted I was mistaken and that I was quoted $8.20. I requested a receipt, but she claimed they didn’t have any. I don't normally rush through meals, but I was in a hurry this time. In hindsight, I should have demanded my money back, and I wish I had gone to a different McDonald's instead. Dealing with dishonest staff is frustrating, and because of this experience, I won’t be returning.
The place was surprisingly empty! I couldn't even park to go inside. The staff seemed completely unfamiliar with handling cash and didn't know how to accept it or provide change. They didn't even have a cash register. There didn't appear to be many employees on duty, and the grill was unused.
Last time I came to this Wendys. They always seem to be out of what I want. I was here three times this week to order breakfast. Cookies. Before it was no spicy nuggets. They are also extremely rude. It makes no sense to be a loyal customer here. 9:45AM Oct 2nd wasMy last Visit.
Super fast drive thru experience, hot fresh food! some of these other reviews sounds like someone just has never had to wait for anything in their life
