Wendy's - Richfield

I felt welcomed by the staff.Vegetarian options: Wendy's is one of the few restaurants to offer a veggie sandwich. I think it is like a jr deluxe without a patty. I normally ask for no mayo, no cheese to ensure it falls into my lactose-free, vegetarian diet.

Great customer service, good food. Health score on the low side and building is run down, dirty and parking lot was full of trash.

It's Wendy's... what more do you need to know. The restrooms were clean and the employees were nice.

Very friendly employees. They were very helpful. The drink machine was not working right, and one of the employees noticed we were having an issue and he filled our drinks for us. Clean restrooms. Clean Cafe.

Waited line 2 cars thought everything was going to be fresh as long as it took but the nuggets was cold trying to call but no answer
