Tim Hortons - Richibucto

We enjoy the coffee from TH. The service could be better, but we understand they have plenty of orders daily and are human beings. They have made some mistakes with our orders but are always super friendly and respectful, so 5 Stars for this TH.

Stayed there, while on way from ottawa to charlottetown, PEI.... Staff was amazing and polite ..... Love to drop by on my way back home

I go to this Tim’s everyday and I love their coffee. I know this Tim’s often gets a lot of heat for their wait times but those people have to remember that Tim’s menu isn’t what it used to be. It’s like a fast food place now but real food like sandwiches, soups and grilled wraps that take time to cook. People are ordering meals by the car load now so we have to expect to wait longer. I believe if you want larger food items you should order inside or when placing your order to ask for the food items first then ask for your drinks so they can start preparing the food right away. The only other thing I would like to see is more items available to eat later in the evening as there is not usually anything left. If at any time my order is not right, the staff are always sympathetic and do their best to fix it. I will continue to keep going here as it’s my home town and most convenient for me.

Wait was not very long inside considering the many cars waiting on drive thru. Getting my coffee and donut only took a few minutes. They accidentally gave me the wrong brew coffee, noticed and fixed it right away.

The place to get coffee or other drinks, good place to eat aswell, short staffed at times long waits during busy times of the day.
