Papa Johns Pizza - Richland County

The store manager, Matthew was Excellent because my delivery was not delivered by DoorDash but he kindly and professionally explained the situation and corrected it. Great service.

Delivery driver attempted to side swipe me in front of the restaurant on St Andrews road. I will not be wasting my money at any location that allows people that dangerous on the road to deliver anything.Update: the customer service is as deplorable as their driving. I'm told I need to watch out for the sign, when in reality he can't maintain lane. I'm glad blowing the horn at someone passing you is more important than road safety. Great job Papa Johns! hired some real winners here.

This was a good Papa John’s location. The staff was nice, the atmosphere had a pickup and leave vibe and the food was good. My only qualm is that Pizza had less meat on it than I want. Three pieces of chicken on a chicken pizza is scant. However, it was good, right temperature, right amount of sauce and the ingredients did come together. I mostly gave it a four because I had more toppings on a pizza.

Horrible night shift !! Manager is also rude ! I seen one of the employees making pizza with soap suds still on their hands !!! NEVER COMING TO THIS PAPA JOHNS AGAIN !

The location was ok. But had the heavy smell of weed when in the parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicapped parking, but the door itself isn't automatic
