Feedback gevenDon’t bank on your order being right, especially if you order mobile. They screw something up EVER time. I’m done with location. Zaxby’s is good, but not good enough to deal constant errors.
I just ordered from this location and did not receive my chicken sandwich meal. I have called multiple times today in regards to this with no reply. The staff was very friendly and. Nice but I still did not receive the order that I paid for and now can not get it replaced
Great customer service though they were out of ranch, cashier took the initiative to offer other foods as suggestions and was very polite and accommodating.
Was in drive thru on Sat. around 3 pm and it took 30 minutes to get through the line just to place my order.
TERRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THE MANAGEMENT IS JUST AS BAD. THE EMPLOYEES DO NOT CARE AND WILL GIVE YOU WHATEVER THEY FEEL LIKE AT THE MOMENT. CONCIDERING HOW MUCH THIS FOOD COST, YOU’D THINK TO ATLEAST GET HALF YOUR MONEY WORTH BUT NEVER! ZAXBYS CORPORATE NEEDS TO FIX EVERY SOUL ON THAT STAFF TRAIN ALL NEW INDIVIDUALS FOR THOSE POSITIONS. CHECK THE NEXDOOR APP REVIEWS OF THIS RESTAURANT AND YOU’LL SEE COUNTLESS UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS THAT GAVE AWAY THEIR HARDEARNED MONEY FOR SUCH TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM ZAXBYS.
