Black Rock Coffee - Richland

Never had bad service at blackrock, baristas are always super committed friendly, but not on a pushy annoying wise when they know what I mean. the drinks are a little underwhelming in view of the hype that I was introduced to the place. the chai colder is really tame in taste the last I received was more liquid than cooled. my only repeating order seems to be the mixed Mexican mocha; crazy good, but still very rich! I see how some people join, but for me it feels like an acquired taste.

Because they love dogs, give them a treat, and have a loyalty coffee program. Coffee is okay.

Disappointed in the coffee after the change over to Black Rock. I got a blended mocha today and I found it lacking compared to what I would get just a month ago when it was Roasters. I will try them again to see if things improve. The price was also 25% higher.

Hit or miss on the coffee. They never taste the same. Really disappointing.
