Lil Firehouse Coffee Richland

The last four times I’ve gone here, they have messed up something on my order. I just went there today to get a caramel frappe and a jalapeño blazin’ bagel breakfast sandwich with bacon. The caramel frappe was basically vanilla creamer and the bagel was just cream cheese on it. I repeated my order twice and was charged for bacon but nothing was correct. I used to come to this place often and even my favorite barista works there but I most likely will not be back because of the customer service and them messing up my orders.

Absolutely delicious! My grandma like it too. Should definitely try the 1st Alarm Mojito energy.

It was nice to come here until they have all new employees. my american has tasted the last two days as sprit as if she sprite instead of water in her. a different amount is always calculated, even if we always get the same two drinks each time. Last time I paid $16 for an American and ransomed and today I paid $12. also the girls who work there are very rude. Not that this is important, but I gave them my stamp card that had only one place, and she didn't even stamp it. will not return.

I hate being like that, but they have made my drink so often wrong. they also calculate different quantities each time for the same drink and the service has been much worse in the last 4 months. I would like to talk to the manager/owner, but they do not answer the phone and the voice mail is not set up. a kind of bummer because I started to go there because of the coffee and great service.

I absolutely love this place, every visit is always so welcoming and our drinks are the BEST! Love the folks who work here, always friendly and make coming back worth it.
