Feedback gevenI just wanted to send a big THANK YOU to your team member Chase who helped to make lunch for a couple co-workers and myself. We were traveling out of town and looking for something healthy and fresh for lunch. Chase made the experience so delightful I have been wanting to go back! I appreciate that he took the time to not only make our orders the way we wanted it, but that he also made a wonderful recommendation for a salad dressing I had never tried, and it really made my meal pop! So grateful for the amazing meal and service. Thank you Chase!
Great place to eat. Love the make your own pizza options.
Food was good but the female manager on staff is very blatantly rude to her staff and to customers. Not sure if she is having a bad day but I watched her roll her eyes to a staff member. The vibe was definitely stiff and quiet. There was one guy, green shirt, who was still putting on great customer service even with that going on.
Awesome customer service from Yvette who accommodated me when I made an ordering mistake and was so quick to help fix it!
Incredibly slow.I like Mod, I like their products and I have always enjoyed their atmosphere but this way of service will definitely make me reconsider going in for a quick meal.I almost left before I even started because there were two families in front of me, and those seemed to be taking uncharacteristically long to process.There was one employee serving in store customers. Taking orders, making the whole pizza, and cashing them out.While my pizzas were being made, two employees stood talking to one another. Then, they both started taking down the station for call-in orders.It seems like they are working in stations and not necessarily working in collaboration.By the time I had finished getting my three pizzas made, there was a line of about 10 customers behind me.Once I got my pizzas made, things seemed to process quickly, normal for Mod.
